ROSSIUM Concern informs about changes in the management structure.

By the decision of the Board of Directors of LLC Concern ROSSIUM, from January 27, 2020, Vyacheslav Sheloputov, who until recently worked as Deputy General Director, was appointed as the General Director of the company.

From September 30, 2019 to January 24, 2020, the Concern Sergey Sudarikov was a head of ROSSIUM Concern. It was one of the steps towards the implementation of the memorandum of strategic partnership signed on June 7, 2019 by the main beneficiaries of the REGION Group of Companies Sergey Sudarikov and the ROSSIUM Concern Roman Avdeev.
“The time I worked as a General Director allowed me to delve deeper into the specifics of the Rossium's activities and to identify new challenges and opportunities,” said Sergey Sudarikov.
The objectives of this phase, namely a comprehensive joint analysis of assets, including corporate governance procedures, business processes and etc. to determine the potential synergies from the merger, have generally been fulfilled. The implementation of the developed measures, including approval by the regulatory authorities, is the next step in the asset pooling process.
“Vyacheslav Aleksandrovich has extensive management experience, including the organization of asset consolidation processes. He was actively involved in the implementation of the asset-pooling memorandum. We trust Vyacheslav Aleksandrovich and that is why the decision to appoint him the general director of the Rossium Concerne was made.
He was tasked with increasing the efficiency and quality of corporate governance, eliminating duplicate functions and reducing costs at the holding structure level. Moreover, one of the priority tasks is the unification of the corporate governance system in the companies of the Group, their adaptation to uniform requirements and standards,” said Roman Avdeev.

Vyacheslav Alexandrovich Sheloputov was born in 1982. In 2004 he graduated from the State University of Management with a degree in management, with the qualification of "manager with knowledge of a foreign language", and in 2008 Postgraduate study of The State University of Management, PhD in Economics.

After graduating from the University in 2004, he worked for two years in the Treasury of JSC Severnaya Gornaya Kompania (Severstal-Resurs).
From 2007 to 2012, he was chief economist of the Economic Expertise and Pricing Department at Gazprom, and from 2012 to 2013 he was Head of the Business Process Development and Optimization Department at Rosneft.
From 2013 to 2014, he worked as a Deputy Director of the Management Consulting Department at IC "Region".
In 2014, he headed the newly created company "Long-Term investments".
Since October 2019, he has been Deputy General Director of the LLC “Concern “ROSSIUM”.

Vyacheslav Sheloputov is a member of the boards of directors of a number of companies included in the perimeter of the merger of assets of Roman Avdeev and Sergey Sudarikov.
